1. Students are temporarily absent from school in the following cases:

a. Being assigned to the armed forces or doing international duty;

b. Being sick or having an accident requiring long-term treatment or maternity leave as prescribed, certified by a competent medical authority;

c. Because of individual needs: in this case, students must study for at least 1 semester, achieve a cumulative GPA of 5.5 or higher and not be disciplined.

2. Students who are temporarily absent from school will have their results of satisfactory courses and tuition fees preserved.

3. Temporary absence from school:

a. In case of being assigned to the armed forces or doing international duty: is the time stated in the decision of the competent authority and not included in the study time as prescribed in Article 4 of this Regulation;

b. Other cases: is the necessary time according to the needs and aspirations of the students and is counted in the study time as prescribed in Article 4 of this Regulation.

4. Students wishing to temporarily leave school must submit an application to the Principal for consideration and decision.

5. Students who are temporarily absent from school, when they want to return to study at the School (even if they return to school earlier than the time limit specified in the decision to allow temporary leave), they must submit an application before starting school. at least 14 days at the beginning of a new semester.

Candidates who have Vietnamese nationality and are not part of a foreign language training program must have one of the following certificates or diplomas:

a) Bachelor's degree, master's degree or doctorate degree, trained full-time overseas in which the language used in training is English, recognized by a competent authority in accordance with current regulations. ;

b) University diploma in English language;

c) Certificate of English language proficiency within 2 years from the date of issuance of the certificate to the date of the test. Specifically: Certificate B1 from Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City.
